What it means

A Skyrim character-creation screen shows a blond, stern-faced prisoner resembling Donald Trump being created as a Nord. The joke comes from the exaggerated resemblance and the Nord description emphasizing fair hair, strength, resistance to cold, and making opponents flee. It is used as a reaction to portray someone as a tough, boastful, or Trump-like Skyrim character.
