Maurice Drowned in Ketchup

R.I.P Maurice Drowned in ketchup 2018-2020

What it means

A short video shows a purple recycling bin beside meatballs and a bowl of ketchup on a bed. A small hamster suddenly emerges from the bin, then the clip cuts to a black-and-white memorial card claiming that Maurice drowned in ketchup. The melodramatic use of Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s “See You Again” turns the silly ketchup accident into an absurdly tragic joke.
