Text on the meme

*corrupt post-soviet mafia state with no sign of democracy* *corrupt post-soviet mafia state with no sign of democracy*

What it means

A woman in glasses gestures emphatically in two protest photos beside maps colored like the Russian and Ukrainian flags. The same caption labels both countries a “corrupt post-soviet mafia state with no sign of democracy,” creating an ironic political comparison and mocking hypocritical or overly simplistic geopolitical arguments.
