GO HOME. STRAIGHT TO GULAG.

What it means

A cartoon shows two detained people being sent away from a colorful Russian city, while another panel shows them facing the U.S. Capitol with the caption “STRAIGHT TO GULAG.” The joke satirizes Cold War-style political stereotypes, contrasting Russia with the United States and calling both destinations oppressive in different ways.
