A chef in a commercial kitchen argues with another chef beneath the caption “HOSPITAL EMPLOYEE ARRESTED FOR IMPREGNATING 26 WOMEN IN COMA.” In the dialogue, he claims he is merely familiarizing himself with the vegetables, then is ordered out; the absurdly sinister misunderstanding makes the clip work as a dark, irreverent reaction meme. The energetic cartoon music and frantic shouting heighten the escalating confrontation.
