Red Alert 3 Brass Band
Red Alert 3
A brass and percussion ensemble performs outdoors in front of a grand classical building, surrounded by spectators, red-and-green balloons, flowers, and event decorations. The “Red Alert 3” caption humorously reframes the cheerful public performance as an over-the-top video-game alert, with the bright marching-band music making the mock emergency feel dramatic and absurd.
