A Week of Kitten’s Life

Text on the meme

A week of kitten’s life Monday:sleepy Tuesday:tired Thursday:look forward to Friday Friday:be fine Saturday:happy,happy Sunday:happy,happy

What it means

A week in the life of a group of strange, low-resolution kittens is shown through surreal scenes: sleeping in bed on Monday, crying at an office on Tuesday, anticipating Friday at a computer, riding a subway on Friday, dancing on a glittery stage on Saturday, and eating lavish meals on Sunday. The joke is that the kittens’ mood improves as the workweek ends, becoming absurdly happy once the weekend arrives. The clip is accompanied by the upbeat electronic dance music track “Ultimate Profiter” by ChasTien, whose energetic rhythm amplifies the sudden transition from sleepy workplace misery to chaotic weekend joy.
