What it means

A comic-style sequence shows a blond man covering a laptop camera while an FBI agent watches through it. The agent becomes distressed when the camera is blocked, followed by a New York Post screenshot claiming that covering a laptop camera could cause damage. The joke mocks exaggerated surveillance fears and the absurdity of treating a webcam cover as dangerous.
