Card Declined at the Dentist

Text on the meme

POV: your card declines at the dentist check up

What it means

A black-and-white video shows a person in extreme close-up thrashing and biting down in distress, followed by a wider shot of someone walking past a person lying in the street. The joke exaggerates the panic and pain of having a payment card declined during a dentist checkup, with the dramatic slow-and-reverb track making the reaction feel absurdly intense.
