Excuse Me, Babygurl

Excuse me , babygurl My eyes are up here

What it means

A painted, mustached royal figure in ornate clothing and jewelry looks toward the viewer while a speech bubble says, “Excuse me, babygurl. My eyes are up here.” The joke is a flirtatious reminder to look at his eyes instead of his exposed chest, used as a cheeky reaction to someone staring or being distracted by appearance.
