EN: A group of female soldiers in camouflage perform pull-up, balance-beam, and formation exercises under an instructor, with the movements becoming increasingly exaggerated and ridiculous. In the end, a woman in black makes a soldier support herself on the ground while her legs are held up, creating an absurd training routine. The light music makes the serious military-training setting feel like an escalating comedy reaction video.
