Last Toast as U.S. Ambassador
Last toast as U.S Ambassador to Russia, 7 years ago (the beer is in inside joke -- Балтика 7.)
Michael McFaul stands at a podium holding up a beer during his last toast as U.S. Ambassador to Russia. The joke refers to Baltika 7 beer and the Russian context of his diplomatic service, making it a fitting farewell reaction to Russia-related situations.
