EN: The image shows two cats by a door: one wearing a customs officer’s cap stands outside the window, while the other sits inside wearing a similar cap. The joke plays on the wordplay between “customs service” and the intentionally misspelled “here-customs service,” turning the border into a division between “there” and “here.” The meme is used as an absurd reaction to situations involving two sides or locations.
