Russian Phenotype European Phenotype

West North west Ural Far east Russian phenotype European phenotype

A comparison meme shows four similar faces labeled West, North west, Ural, and Far east above a Russian flag, contrasted with four stern, bespectacled faces labeled European phenotype beneath European flags. The joke is that Russians from different regions are depicted as having the same appearance, while Europeans are humorously presented as a different, exaggerated phenotype.
