My Country Blocked TikTok

Text on the meme

Hi. My country blocked TikTok.

What it means

A hand-drawn man greets the viewer, then proudly announces that his country has blocked TikTok while standing in front of the Indian flag. The exaggerated patriotic reaction mocks people who celebrate censorship or national restrictions as an achievement, and is used ironically when someone takes pride in an unpopular ban.
