Me When Depeche Mode Plays

Me when Depeche Mode:

What it means

A man in a white T-shirt dances wildly and confidently in the middle of an excited street crowd, later joined by another dancer in a dark jacket. The joke is the contrast between Depeche Mode’s moody, restrained synth-pop and the exaggerated dancing, making it a reaction for when a favorite song comes on. Depeche Mode’s “Enjoy the Silence” plays throughout, with its melancholic electronic mood making the over-the-top celebration even funnier.
