Hitler Visits the Hospital
General PuttyNick 3 2? ?
A black-and-white edited photograph shows Adolf Hitler standing beside a hospitalized person wearing an oxygen mask. The absurd joke comes from placing Hitler in an ordinary hospital-room scene, making the historical dictator look like a concerned visitor or doctor. It is used as an ironic reaction to someone being unexpectedly ill or suffering.
