Pepe Silences the Press
PRESS
Pepe the Frog is shown shoving his hand into the mouth of a startled bearded man wearing a PRESS hat. The joke portrays forcibly silencing the media or stopping someone from talking, so it is used as an absurd reaction to censorship, unwanted commentary, or someone saying too much.
