A cartoonish old-fashioned man transforms into a muscular gym-goer in a powdered wig and ruffled shirt. He holds a skull and a bottle labeled “PRE-WORKO...” before lifting weights and doing pull-ups, joking that depression can be defeated with preworkout and intense exercise. Ghostface Playa’s “Why Not” gives the montage a dark, aggressive phonk mood that makes the absurd fitness cure feel even more dramatic.
