1UP RASH ZITZ PIMPLE BILLY JIMMY
A retro video game character-selection screen shows the Battletoads Rash, Zitz, and Pimple alongside Billy and Jimmy, with a muscular shirtless man composited below it. The joke comes from treating the exaggeratedly muscular man as another absurd fighting-game character, combining Battletoads and Double Dragon references.
