A supermarket shelf displays packages of sausages labeled “Mario” and “Luigi,” resembling Nintendo character merchandise. The joke is that the Mario and Luigi names are being used for ordinary sausages, making the shopper unsure whether this is accidental branding or strange Nintendo merchandise. It is shared as an absurd reaction to unexpected product names or uncanny real-world references.
