What it means

EN: A woman announces that she is pregnant, then is suddenly attacked by a huge swarm of monkeys pulling at her clothes. The joke is the absurd escalation from a calm pregnancy announcement to chaotic monkey mayhem, making it useful as a reaction to an unexpected mess or dramatic situation.
