EN: The Ninja Turtles stare in confusion at a strange fly-like creature in a suit. The joke is that he is called the son of Gadget and Zipper from Chip ’n Dale: Rescue Rangers, even though he looks like a mutant from a different cartoon; the meme is used as a reaction to an unusual or ridiculous character.
