Tax Billionaires and Corporations

The government is racist and corrupt. They're in bed with billionaires and corporations. So, we should tax billionaires and corporations. And give that money to the government.

A person progressively applies clown makeup while arguing that a racist and corrupt government is closely aligned with billionaires and corporations, then proposing to tax them and give the money back to that same government. The punchline is that the supposedly logical solution is revealed as foolish and self-defeating, represented by the completed clown makeup.
