Text on the meme

Being a King in any european kingdom Bend the knee! Yes, your majesty Yes, my lord Yes, your Highness Being a King in Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth Guys, please listen Liberum veto! We elected you now shut up more privileges? Lol, NO

What it means

The meme contrasts an absolute-style European king, whom subjects obey, with a king in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth surrounded by nobles who interrupt him and demand privileges. The punchline refers to the liberum veto and the political power of the szlachta, making the elected monarch effectively powerless. It is sent as a reaction to situations where a supposed leader has no real authority.
