Food Gives You Energy

“Food gives you energy!” Me after eating:

The meme shows a dog lying on its side with its eyes closed and mouth open after eating. The joke contrasts the claim that food provides energy with the exaggerated exhaustion people sometimes feel after a meal, making it useful as a reaction to post-meal sleepiness.
