What it means

EN: A cat lies beside a cage while a green parrot repeatedly pushes over a plastic bowl near it, with another parrot watching. Smash Mouth’s “All Star” makes the joke work: the deliberately upbeat rock hit contrasts with the silly everyday scene, as if the parrot is determined to create chaos for the cat. This clip is shared as an absurd reaction to annoyance, petty mischief, or sudden disorder.
