A Nice Evening in Cardiff

A nice evening in Cardiff (don’t mind the Polish man down the road stubbing his toe)

A calm evening view of a Cardiff street is filmed through a window, with trees, houses, and a road outside. The caption jokingly suggests that a Polish man down the road is loudly stubbing his toe, implying the insect-like buzzing or distressed sound in the audio is an absurdly distant human noise. It works as a dry reaction meme about an otherwise peaceful scene being ruined by someone’s dramatic mishap.
