Kronk Approves Salt Measurements

Text on the meme

Great Pacific Salt Patch now three times the size of Carthage when someone uses Carthage as a unit measure for areas made of Salt

What it means

A fake CNN headline compares the size of the Great Pacific Salt Patch to ancient Carthage. Below it, Kronk from The Emperor’s New Groove makes an approving gesture, joking about the oddly specific and technically questionable unit of measurement.
