Merry Yaoimas and Happy New Yuri

Text on the meme

We wish you a Merry Yaoimas and a Happy New Yuri

What it means

A festive holiday sign in a bookstore shows a snowy winter scene with a mother and child, decorated trees, and a colorful sculpture. The joke replaces “Christmas” and “Year” with “yaoi” and “yuri,” referencing manga and anime focused on male-male and female-female romance. It works as a playful seasonal reaction for fans of anime, manga, and LGBTQ+ romance.
