Eyes on Target Sniper Meme

Text on the meme

I HAVE EYES ON TARGET I REPEAT I HAVE EYES ON TARGET

What it means

A sniper scope is aimed at a window where a cartoon scene is visible, with the caption repeating that the target is in sight. The joke comes from treating an ordinary animated scene as a serious military target, making it useful as an absurd reaction to noticing or fixating on something.
