A red Tesla drives through a rainy countryside while towing a small trailer that is producing an enormous column of black smoke. The joke is that the father’s hatred of electric cars appears justified when the family’s new Tesla seems to be catastrophically malfunctioning. It is used as an absurd reaction meme about skepticism, bad luck, or something immediately proving a critic right.
