Text on the meme

If a dog wore pants would he wear them like this or like this?

What it means

A drawing compares two possible ways for a dog to wear pants, followed by a snowy photograph of a dog wearing pants around its middle and legs. The joke comes from the absurd debate over canine anatomy and the real-life dog visually answering the question.
