Who Wants to Stop Climate Change?

WHO WANTS TO STOP CLIMATE CHANGE? WHO WANTS TO TELL CHINA, WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ONE THIRD OF ALL GLOBAL CO2 EMISSIONS, TO REDUCE ITS POLLUTION SO WE CAN STOP CLIMATE CHANGE?

A cartoon shows a speaker asking a crowd of climate-conscious public figures who wants to stop climate change. Everyone eagerly raises a hand, but when the speaker asks who will tell China to reduce its pollution, the crowd falls silent and looks away. The joke satirizes the perceived unwillingness to confront China’s large share of global CO2 emissions.
