A tattooed man’s back is covered with portraits of Turkish and non-Turkish historical or pop-culture figures, including Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, Kanye West and Aang. The joke is that the tattoo is called the “least patriotic Turk” because its chaotic collection of figures does not look consistently Turkish. It is used as an absurd reaction image for over-the-top cultural mashups or questionable tattoos.
