EN: This meme uses a magazine-cover image of Moon Jae-in and Shinzo Abe facing each other. The image makes them look as if they are kissing, humorously satirizing Japan–South Korea relations and the GSOMIA issue. It is used as a reaction to political situations or scenes where two people appear unexpectedly close.
