Blame Everyone Meme

Text on the meme

IT WAS CIA AND.. NO IT WAS ISIS YES WE DID THAT ...AND UKRAINE NO WE DIDN'T LETS NUKE JAPAN

What it means

A six-panel Shrek-themed argument assigns blame for an unspecified event to the CIA, ISIS, and Ukraine. The final panel abruptly proposes nuking Japan, making the joke absurd, politically chaotic, and intentionally nonsensical. It is used as a reaction to conspiracy theories, escalating blame, or wildly irrational discussions.
