A Fallout: New Vegas player character approaches a war memorial while an NCR soldier angrily confronts them. The player responds with an intentionally antagonistic dialogue option, provoking the soldier into a fight and violently killing him. The joke is the absurd escalation from solemn memorial disrespect to extreme video-game violence.
