What it means

A man with glasses is shown opening his mouth extremely wide, then attempting to eat an enormous burger in a restaurant. The joke exaggerates a Guinness World Records application by treating his huge mouth as a record-breaking achievement. It is shared as an absurd reaction to something that has permanently lowered the quality of the internet.
