You Had a Normal Bowel Movement

Text on the meme

if you're seeing this this message is for you you did it! you had a normal bowel movement! you take care of your body so well! but stress affects us all! i am so proud of you! you will keep it up! you can do it! your body will be normal again!

What it means

A surreal, brightly colored animated clip shows smiling red rectangular characters surrounded by candy-like objects and abstract psychedelic backgrounds. It begins as a seemingly comforting affirmation, then celebrates the viewer for having a normal bowel movement and encourages them through stress. The exaggerated wholesome delivery, combined with repetitive RRRRR sounds and upbeat music, makes the mundane bodily achievement absurdly dramatic; it works as a reaction meme for congratulating someone on an unexpectedly ordinary success.
