What Is Wrong With This Guy

Text on the meme

WTH is wrong with this guy?!

What it means

A person in a shiny gold suit rides a horse toward a car, splashes the windshield, then appears at the window handling trading cards and eating something. The clip cuts to a horse poking its head into another car before returning to the messy windshield and the rider leaving. The absurd escalation makes it a reaction meme for bizarre, inexplicable behavior.
