HR Burns Unconnected CVs
HR with the CVs of people who show up without connections:
A person uses a power drill to push a long chain of résumés into a roaring fire inside a metal furnace. The joke is that HR supposedly burns the CVs of applicants who arrive without personal connections or referrals, so the clip works as a cynical reaction to nepotism and unfair hiring.
