Text on the meme

ok ima fight adhd by searching for coping strategies damn so that's what caused the downfall of the Byzantine empire

What it means

A low-poly boxer says he will fight ADHD by searching for coping strategies, while another boxer reacts with “damn” and jokingly attributes the downfall of the Byzantine Empire to the same idea. The meme humorously connects modern ADHD coping with an absurd historical explanation, making it useful as a reaction to discovering an unexpectedly complicated cause.
