WAR DON'T SEX CRIMES HIDE CRIMES WAR CRIMES DON'T HIDE SEX CRIMES

What it means

A protest crowd holds a sign arranged to read “WAR CRIMES DON'T HIDE SEX CRIMES,” while the post caption rearranges the same words into the absurd phrase “WAR DON'T SEX / CRIMES HIDE CRIMES.” The joke comes from the accidental word order and is used as an absurd reaction to confusing or poorly written statements.
