Airport Baggage Claim Security
Security at every level of an airport is absolutely ridiculous. Until you get to the baggage claim. Then it’s just like take whatever bag you want.
A baggage claim carousel at an airport is shown with a caption joking that airport security is extremely strict everywhere except at baggage claim, where anyone can apparently take any suitcase. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to situations where security measures are inconsistent or pointless.
