Plane View Camera Obsession

Text on the meme

Me for my entire 14 hour flight when I realised there’s a plane view camera:

What it means

A passenger on a long flight discovers the plane’s exterior-view camera and becomes completely fixated on watching it, alternating between the runway footage and increasingly intense close-ups of his face. The joke is that a tiny in-flight entertainment feature becomes the most exciting thing about a 14-hour flight. The clip is set to Linkin Park’s alternative rock song “Somewhere I Belong,” whose dramatic, restless mood amplifies the passenger’s exaggerated obsession.
