Strangers Friends Best Friends Love Couple Break Up THEY HAVE Alzheimer

What it means

A black-and-white relationship cycle diagram shows two people progressing from strangers to friends, best friends, love, and a couple before breaking up and becoming strangers again. The punchline claims they have Alzheimer’s, implying they repeatedly forget their past relationship and start over. It is used as an absurd reaction meme about cyclical relationships or forgetting what happened.
