Psychological Operation Funding Ran Out

Text on the meme

This page was a psychological operation and we have run out of funding. Thank you for participating. Goodbye.

What it means

A stark black image displays a white farewell message claiming that the page was a psychological operation whose funding has run out. The joke parodies an ominous government or intelligence announcement and is used as an absurd reaction when ending a conversation, abandoning a project, or pretending a prank was an elaborate operation.
