Watering a Screwdriver

Text on the meme

Something is really messed up...

What it means

A hand holds a screwdriver under a running bathroom faucet as if trying to wash or fill it. The absurd image suggests that something is so badly broken or confusing that even a screwdriver needs water, making it a reaction to situations that are completely messed up.
