What it means

A gamer plays Minecraft through a tiny screen mounted on a stand, using an Xbox controller in front of a desktop monitor. The awkward miniature setup turns ordinary gaming into an absurd DIY contraption, while Ilmari Hakkola’s playful instrumental track “Building Contraptions” makes the improvised device feel even more comically elaborate.
